A California federal judge dismissed a class-action lawsuit against Caitlyn Jenner and her business manager, Sophia Hutchins, citing lack of U.S. jurisdiction. The case, led by a British investor who lost money on the $JENNER memecoin, was thrown out by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

The judge ruled that plaintiffs failed to demonstrate how transactions involving the meme token fell under U.S. jurisdiction. Jenner’s legal team had moved to dismiss the case in early May. Disgruntled investors now plan to regroup, alleging unfair treatment in the wake of the dismissal.
